Política de Devoluciones y Reembolsos – LuxianClub

En LuxianClub, queremos que estés completamente satisfecho con tu compra. Si por alguna razón no lo estás, te ofrecemos una política clara y sencilla:

1. Plazo para devoluciones

Tienes hasta 7 días naturales desde la fecha de entrega para solicitar una devolución.

2. Condiciones para aceptar devoluciones

Para que una devolución sea aprobada, el producto debe:

  • Estar sin usar, en perfectas condiciones.
  • Incluir su empaque original.
  • No presentar daños, manchas ni señales de uso.

Nota: Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar devoluciones que no cumplan estas condiciones.

3. Productos no elegibles para devolución

No se aceptan devoluciones en:

  • Productos en oferta o liquidación.
  • Artículos personalizados o hechos a pedido.
  • Productos de uso personal (por razones de higiene).

4. Proceso de devolución

Para iniciar una devolución:

  2. Indica tu número de orden y motivo de devolución.
  3. Te daremos instrucciones para enviar el producto.

5. Costos de envío

  • El cliente es responsable de los costos de envío de devolución.
  • Los costos de envío originales no son reembolsables.

6. Reembolsos

Una vez recibido e inspeccionado el producto:

  • Te notificaremos si la devolución fue aprobada.
  • Si es aprobada, el reembolso se procesará en un plazo de 10 a 15

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Productos defectuosos o incorrectos

Si recibiste un producto dañado o incorrecto:

  • Debes reportarlo dentro de las 12-24 horas posteriores a la entrega.
  • En este caso, LuxianClub cubrirá los costos de envío y ofrecerá:
    • Reemplazo del producto, o
    • Reembolso completo.

8. Cancelaciones

  • Los pedidos solo pueden cancelarse dentro de las primeras 2 horas después de realizados.
  • Después de ese tiempo, el pedido será procesado y no podrá cancelarse.
